Meet Chef Robert Marrow . . .
Chef Robert attended the Cook Street School of Fine Cooking and has completed many personal and private Chef's training classes. Robert is an active member of the American Personal and Private Chef Association. In addition, Chef Robert recently completed training in Catering and Gormet Cooking with Penn Foster Schools.
Robert literally worked his way up from a janitor to Night Chef, so he knows every station in the restaurant business! Chef Robert founded a restaurant in Chapala, Mexico, which provided him a wealth of knowledge about authentic Mexican dishes. His many years of training and experience makes him not only an excellent chef, but an effective teacher.
He is most interested in sharing his knowledge and teaching healthy, whole food nutritiion classes. Chef Robert also volunteers his time and expertise to help with many ongoing programs at CAPPED.
